  my father had committed suicide a few months into my mother's pregnancy so we lived with her parents until she married again when i was about 18 months old.

  if you are going out with friends or just to work tomorrow get a packet of lime koolaid (lime jello works too).

  don't wear any green but put a pinch of the powder on your tongue to make it bright green.

  when challenged about the lack of green just stick out your tongue and tell them you just ate a leprechaun..

  Annoying Computer fan.

  my computer fan keeps on coming on every few minutes and it is so noisy.. blueblades.

  Just a thought, but have you vacuumed the dust collected by the fan? I opened my tower a month ago and there was three years worth of dust inside, especially on the fan.

  first time posting, long time lurking.. came upon this site on accident a few years ago and dismissed it as a site for disgruntled people; however, in the past months i actively searched for it as it stuck in my mind.

  believe it or not, i practically read all of the topics.

  i felt, wow, i wasn't alone in my thinking and feelings about some things.. it all started years ago in my last year in high school and then into college.

  I was just ready to turn off the computer for the night when I saw your post..... WELCOME!!

  However, I do have a mind of my own

  ut oh.... you're "dangerous"...

  and am glad that my family has their minds also in that I was encouraged to do well in school so that I could go to college (which I did) and wasn't beat over the head with simply pursuing a theocratic career. I was able to participate in school activities and travel. I think that was a good balance.

  sounds like a great family....lucky you. Again, WELCOME .... we look forward to your posts!

  Sending everything to the elders first! (Short Story)

  i don't know what it was, but people always seemed to come to me for advice.

  i was the person who always knew the scriptures and took the time to look up the watchtower or awake article that was most fitting.

  over the years, my word become one that people counted on and listened too and i did my best to make sure that i always knew the new understanding of the governing body, to make sure i was right in line with thinking that would be considered accepted.

  Yikes.... another attempt to revive the "true church"

  Jesus' death

  chapter 6 page 28 paragraph 3 of the revelation book claims that jesus was indeed "the first" human to be resurrected to immortal spirit life.

  (colossians 1:18) moreover, he is "the last" to be so resurrected by jehovah personally.

  this is an outright false teaching from the watchtower society as the biblical evidence proves:.
